We are glad to introduce the Group of Companies EKOHIDROTECHNIKA (EHT GROUP) established in the beginning of the 1990s.

We are a well-diversified Group of Companies with a specific expertise in implementation of various hydro-technical Projects, since our engineers and senior naval officers have professional hydro-technical dredging education. For more than 40 years, highly qualified specialists of our Group of Companies have performed dredging and reclamation works. The geography of the work sites varies from the Baltic region, where maintenance dredging works have been continually performed, to other ports worldwide with a broad array of various contracts, both maritime and riverine. The Group of Companies uses a unique technology for hydro-technical construction with capabilities ranging from “zero” stage (open sea) dredging to the final stage of dredging and maintenance dredging as well as reclamation of artificial territories. We perform the whole spectrum of works: engineering, elaboration of technologies, execution of works, and delivering Objects according to the standards set by Customers.

The EHT Group possesses an extensive hands-on experience of working in multiple countries on various continents both as a General contractor and as a Sub-contractor under numerous Ports` water areas, approach channels, turning basins, and land reclamation projects, where we have successfully deployed our dredgers and executed these projects in cooperation with our partners. The Group has already implemented projects of various levels of complexity in more than 30 countries worldwide, and is well known in the Baltics, as well as in Italy (Ports of Genoa, Viareggio, Venice, Isolo Contelatso, Monfalcone, Ancona), Spain (Ports of Cadiz, Conil, Rosario, Barcelona, Tarragona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Georgia, Romania, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, Nigeria (Port of Lagos), Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Argentina, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Sultanate of Oman, Singapore (execution of reclamation works to create the island territory for the Changi Airport).

The total volume of completed dredging works has amounted to 93.518.700 m3, including:

in the Baltic Sea and the North Sea regions - 20.022.200 m3
in the Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea regions - 7.514.500 m3

Projects

Maintenance dredging works at the approach channel of the Port of Poti.

Development of infrastructure of Krievu island for the relocation of the port activities from the centre of Riga, Latvia.

Dredging works at the port of Lagos, Nigeria.

Dredging works for eliminating of storm sediment accumulating in the channels and water area of the Port of Liepaja.

Maintenance dredging works at the approach channel of the Port of Constanta.

Maintenance dredging works of the object “Klaipeda State Seaport waters’ territory from PK 17 to PK 110A”.

Technical Fleet

Currently, our Company can offer three medium-size vessels that can be engaged under various projects. We can offer the vessels with our experienced crew and team of specialists or hire out the vessels under Bareboat charters. These are self-propelled trailing suction hopper dredgers with a total tonnage around 12.000 registered tons, with dredging depth up to 25 m, and total hopper capacity around 13.000m3. The volume of soil excavated by our vessels can reach up to 10-12 million m3 per year.

We also provide a wide range of services related to Seafarers` Employment based on our extensive experience in Maritime Recruitment and being MLC certified. Since 2010, we have been covering the full spectrum of services in terms of recruiting, deploying, and managing a multi-national workforce operating across all types of marine and offshore vessels.

Besides, our Group of Companies ensures the Technical Management of the vessels with regards to their technical maintenance, organization and supervision of docking and repair arrangements including technical supply. Also, monitoring the validity of the vessels` documents to comply with the requirements set forth by the vessels` Flag States, Classification Societies, and Port authorities, has always been under our close scrutiny.
